Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us with your order number and the reason before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Wrong or defective items: we pay the shipping both ways and send a replacement or refund.
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned.
For other returns, return shipping costs and any taxes or import duties are paid by the buyer.
Refunds are made to the original payment method after we receive and check the goods.
